1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ClubNexa, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ClubNexa for a club or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

2. Permitted use

ClubNexa is designed for lawful football-club administration, including player and staff management, parent registration, fixtures, training, reports, statistics, payments and exports.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, secure passwords, authorised device access and activity performed through your account. Notify ClubNexa Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Personal information and consent

You must have a lawful basis and any necessary permission to collect, upload, store, export or share personal information through ClubNexa. This is especially important for children’s data, photographs, identification documents and medical or emergency notes.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ClubNexa to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, upload malicious content, gain unauthorised access, distribute unlawful material or misuse information relating to players, parents, staff or clubs.

6. Parent Registration Portal

Clubs are responsible for sending registration links only to intended recipients, reviewing submissions, confirming consent and verifying information before approval.

7. Reports, statistics and exports

ClubNexa assists users in organising and generating records. Users remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of match data, statistics, payments, reports, exported files and documents before relying on or sharing them.

8. Subscriptions and trials

Where ClubNexa offers paid plans, trial periods, renewals, cancellations and refunds will be presented at purchase and handled under the applicable Google Play terms and local law. Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep ClubNexa available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet problems, device limitations or third-party services may affect availability.

10. Intellectual property

ClubNexa, its branding, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

11. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, unlawful use, security threats, non-payment where applicable or conduct that risks harm to users, ClubNexa or third parties.

12. Disclaimers and liability

ClubNexa is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is an administrative tool and does not replace professional legal, medical, safeguarding, accounting or regulatory advice. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
