Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of a ClubNexa account and associated club data.
How to request deletion
- Email clubnexa.support@gmail.com.
- Use the subject: ClubNexa Account Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address connected to the ClubNexa account.
- Include the club name and clearly state whether you want the entire account deleted or only specified records.
What may be deleted
Subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements, deletion may include account information, club profile information, player and staff records, uploaded documents, registration submissions, reports, training records, fixtures, payment records and related cloud data associated with the account.
Verification and timing
We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership and protect against fraudulent deletion requests. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to technical and legal requirements.
Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement or legitimate recordkeeping. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
